美国APEX技术公司1995年成立，总部设在美国德克萨斯州的休斯顿，同年在北京设立办事处。2001年在北京注册外商独资子公司“阿派斯科技（北京）有限公司”，主要业务涵盖石油勘探开发技术领域，是一家融方法研究、软件开发与销售、技术服务与咨询于一体的综合性勘探开发服务公司。目前公司拥有各类专业技术人员49名，其中，博士9名，硕士12名，大学本科23名，大部分技术人员都具有至少8年以上的工作经验。
